The American tech giant Apple will invest an additional 100 billion dollars to increase production in the USA, the White House reports. The President of the USA, Donald Trump, will make an announcement later today.

Earlier this year, he threatened the iPhone manufacturer with high customs duties if they do not move production to the USA.

The news agency Bloomberg has sought Apple for a comment.
